some issues for a 5-star price

excellent locationconfusing invoice chargespoor customer service
the location was excellent. green park was just across the road.
The room service breakfast was not great. i ordered the breakfast menu for £30, but my invoice showed a 'room service night food' charge of £57.80, i found this very confusing. i am still waiting for my refund after 4 weeks. Nobody is responding to my emails

I tried four different whiskies with Kazi. They were all from different countries and accompanied by cheeses. Kazi gave us explanations of how they are made and the process. I also got to try two whisky-based cocktails to finish the experience.
The receptionist couldn't explain a charge and became quite rude and defensive.

I booked a room with a bath hoping to relax. the bath's stopper was broken. water kept draining out. the team didn't respond to my concerns, a big letdown considering the price i paid and the promised '5 star' service. it's disappointing. I expected more attention to basic functionality.
